The Resort’s 304-rooms comprise of 111 Deluxe Garden View guest rooms, 134 Deluxe Sea-View guest rooms, 23 Family Suites, 16 Studio Rooms and 20 Executives Suites. A harmonious blend of contemporary design, the Resort's elegantly refurbished guest accommodation in subtle earthy tones combined with exclusively designed soft furnishings create a unique atmosphere and perfect balance between luxury and homely familiarity.

Facilities in all rooms include a long bath with a built-in shower, king-size or twin beds, individually controlled air conditioning, satellite TV, broadband internet connection, safe, mini-bar and coffee & tea making facilities.

Rates Includes :

•	Room Rates are inclusive of Complimentary Buffet Breakfast as shown above.
•	Where ever rates are quoted with ++, it means that rates are subject to additional 10% service change and 5% government tax and where ever indicated as nett the rates are deemed to have included both the charges.

•	Surcharge of RM50.00 nett and RM100.00 nett per room per night is applicable during Peak Period as shown below.
•	Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM85.00 nett per bed per night with 1 complimentary breakfast.
•	Extra Beds are not applicable to the family room.
•	No extra room charges for children 12 years and below sharing room with parent.
•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•	Check In Time : 3.00 pm
•	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
•	Where ever rates are quoted with ++, it means that rates are subject to additional 10% service change and 5% government tax and where ever indicated as nett the rates are deemed to have included both the charges.
•	Extended check-out during Peak Period : - Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed - After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night's charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort's bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A total charge of the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 4 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
